I hope life has been treating you well. Something awful happened at home again and it drove my wife to consider a double-suicide with my daughter. Thankfully the worst is over now, but that episode took me out for a week or two. Trying to recover from this sort of ordeal is tough. I wrote something that helped me, and I hope it might help you if you’re struggling through a depressive rut that comes from your close ones.
